Where is my order?
Your order should be shipped within 7-14 working days. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
If the delivery time has passed and you still not received you order, please do not hesitate to contact us with your order details. Be sure to send us your order number so we can investigate your order status.
Can I cancel/Amend my order?
Once you have made an order with us and submitted the information , we cannot change or amend the order.
As our items our personalized, please make sure you give the correct spelling, size, color etc. to ensure the order is right.
If you receive the order and are unhappy with it, you are free to return it to us at your own expense. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to a refund if the item is damaged or unsealed.
What do I do if my parcel is sent to the wrong address?
Please take extra care when filling in your shipping instructions at checkout. Once your order is placed we have a short space of time to amend your address and unfortunately if the package has already been dispatched we will be unable to retrieve it.
Where is my order confirmation?
Once you have placed your order, you should then receive an email confirmation with your order number attached.
